November is the time to cash some free money in Arizona. A stimulus check worth up to $750 is on its way. The thing is you may only be eligible if you have at least one qualifying child.
Bear in mind that only residents of Arizona can be eligible for this stimulus check. Apart from living in this State, you must also meet some other requirements to qualify.
The best thing about this stimulus check payment is that you do not need to do anything about it. This free money comes in the form of a 2023 Families Tax Rebate.
What are the requirements to cash up to $750 in Arizona from this stimulus check?
First of all, you cannot be eligible unless you have $1 in tax liability in your tax returns from the years 2021, 2020, or even 2019. Therefore, you must have filed a 2021 tax return as a full-year resident.

If you did not claim any dependent tax credit on the 2021 tax return, you cannot qualify for this stimulus check. It does not matter if you filed individually, jointly, or as a head of household.
This tax rebate is possible thanks to Governor Hobbs and the 2023 bipartisan budget. This stimulus check is available due to the Senate Bill 1734. Another positive aspect of this tax rebate is the fact that you will not owe ADOR any money for collecting this payment.
The age of your child was in 2021 matters. This can reduce or increase the amount of money you can collect. Anyway, let’s explain all the possible amounts you can receive.
How much money can I get from the Arizona stimulus check for families?
If you have one eligible child, you can get up to 250 dollars. For your information, a dependent under the age of 17 can allow you to cash $250. But if your child was over the age of 17, you will then receive up to $100.
I promised to make it easier for Arizonans to provide for their families and manage rising costs. This week, I’m pleased to make good on that promise by announcing qualifying Arizonans can apply for our one-time Arizona Families Tax Rebate.

Check their ages when you claimed them as dependents on your 2021 tax return. Do not forget that the maximum number of dependents you can claim for this stimulus check is just 3.
Remember that this is regardless of their age, so the maximum is 3. As a matter of fact, the largest stimulus check you can get from the Arizona 2023 Families Tax Rebate is up to $750.
If you filed a 2021 full-year Arizona resident tax return and meet all the requirements, you can even cash this stimulus check if you have moved out of the state. Visit the Arizona Department of Revenue for more information. The deadline to cash this payment of up to $750 will be November 15, 2023.
